Richard S. Osei-Yaw is the Head of Applications and Collaborative Technology/User Support Unit of the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho.
R.O.Y. had his Master’s degree education in Management of Information Systems (MSc. MIS) with Coventry University, UK (G.T.U.C, GHANA). He furthered his Higher Diploma certification in MIS from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS), UK at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he was awarded a BSc. Operations and Project Management in the year 2011.
ROY worked as an Operations and Project Coordinator with WI Technology Group Limited for Five (5) years where he performed and successfully executed projects like the Networking of Oxfam, Ghana office and the networking of the Ho and Tema Branches of Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited.
He joined the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho, in the year 2013 as a Senior ICT Assistant, and was later promoted to Junior Systems Analyst in 2016.
ROY is excited in the use of little Technologies to solve huge task and for an efficient and effective operations of an organization. He has interest in policy planning and implementation, project management, end user computing and the exploration of Information Technology tools in a given industry.
He is married with two kids.
