The Centre for Health Policy and Implementation Research (CHPIR), Institute of Health Research, University of Health of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) hosted a three-day Writing Meeting as part of the Access and Delivery Partnership (ADP) Project coordinated by the Centre. The ADP brings together the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases at the World Health Organisation (WHO/TDR) and PATH to promote research and development and to increase access to and delivery of health technologies used to address NTDs, TB and Malaria.

The aim of the three-day meeting was to discuss and prepare a manuscript for publication on enhancing the role of Implementation Research as a cross-cutting theme linking all pathways in the Access and Delivery Partnership and how to foster effective South-South collaboration in such partnerships.
A major outcome of the meeting was the selection of UHAS as the hub for coordination of the ADP activities in Ghana.
