Miss Lily Adu-Aboagye is Assistant Registrar (Office of the Registrar). She had her Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) and Post Graduate Diploma in Education degrees at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana in 2001 and 2004 respectively. She obtained Master of Arts (Human Resource Management) at Leeds University, United Kingdom in 2008; and a Master of Philosophy (Administration in Higher Education) at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in 2014.

Miss Adu-Aboagye worked with the Community Development Services Alliance (CODESA) and Ghanaian Community Action for Development (GHACAD), Leeds, United Kingdom as African Diaspora Links Officer and Project Development Officer respectively from 2005 2011. She also worked as a Health Support Worker with the Allied Healthcare Group Ltd, Leeds, United Kingdom from 2004 to 2011. She taught Economics and Social Studies at Juaso Secondary School in the Asante Akim South District, Ashanti Region, Ghana. She was the Residence Housemistress from 2002 to 2004 at Juaso Secondary School. She also worked with the Ghana Library Board as a Library Assistant from 1996 to 1998.

Miss Adu-Aboagye’s research interest is on Students’ Academic Welfare and Educational Leadership of Women. She has two publications to her credit. She has attended a number of workshops/conferences and presented a paper on Women Leadership in Educational Development in Africa organised by the Nordic African Institute, Uppsala in September, 2016.
