Ms. Delali Adonu is an Assistant Registrar and Head of Compensations and Rewards Unit of Directorate of Human Resource, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho. She is responsible for advising on the implementation or rewards scheme that are consistent with established policies and procedures in the University.
Education
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, an MBA in Human Resource Management and an Associate Membership of the Human Resource Certification Institute, Ghana. She also holds certificates in Community Research and Project Management from CRRPR, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Work Experience
Ms. Adonu held a number of administrative positions with ICCES under the Ministry of Manpower Youth and Employment, World Vision International and Mancell College in Kumasi. She was an Assistant Headmistress at St. Andrews Senior High School, Mankessim prior to her appointment with the University of Health and Allied Sciences. Her appointment with the University started in the Office of the Registrar, later in General Administration and the Directorate of Human Resource. She has over ten (10) years combined experience in administrative and personnel management.
She approaches work with professionalism and identifies with a composed personality. She demonstrates her values in her responsiveness to personnel concerns.
Science /Research Interests
Her research interest is in employee voice systems, employee engagement and rewards.
