Kwesi Aseredum Hagan is a Junior Assistant Registrar at the Teaching and Examination Unit of the Directorate of Academic Affairs, University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS).
He is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) and a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) with the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants, Ghana (CIAMC - Ghana). He holds a Master of Business Administration - Human Resource Management (MBA-HR) degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Communication Technology (BSc ICT) from the Presbyterian University (PUG), Ghana.
Mr. Hagan is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Management and Policy from the Northeast Normal University, Changchun, Peoples Republic of China.
He has over fifteen years working experience in university administration. He commenced his work in the University as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences. He later joined the Teaching and Examination Unit of the Directorate of Academic Affairs as a Principal Administrative Assistant. There he assisted in planning, organizing and coordinating University examinations and all academic activities.
Mr. Hagan has served on boards, committees and has also been involved in several projects/assignments in the University since joining the University in 2013. As one of the pioneer administrative staff, these assignments have helped him gain a lot of experience in university administration. He was pivotal in the establishment of the UHAS branch of the Federation of University Senior Staff Associations of Ghana (FUSSAG) now Senior Staff Association of Ghana.
His areas of interest include Educational Policy Development, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Development, Strategic and Management Policy Development, Employee welfare and Staff Development.
