A UHAS-led team on October 8, published a research paper in PlosOne entitled “Prevalence and predictors of depression, anxiety, and stress among adults in Ghana: A community-based cross-sectional study.” The study also examined the comorbidities of these mental health issues among adults.
Professor So Yoon Kim of Yonsei University was the overall lead, while UHAS Vice Chancellor Professor John Gyapong was the lead investigator in Ghana.
