Francis Dordor is the Senior Assistant Registrar at Works and Physical Development Directorate of the University of Health and allied Sciences in Volta Region of Ghana.
He pursued his Bachelor of Secretaryship Degree and Diploma in Education at the University of Cape Coast. He then pursued his Masters in Technical Education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana.
He worked as an Assistant Registrar at the Ho Polytechnic. He was in-charge of the academic affairs Unit for ten years. He was later transferred to the Human Resource Division for another six years. He then joined the University of the University of Health and Allied Sciences in 2012. He took charge of the development of the second campus, School of Public Health, Hohoe. He was later transferred to Works and Physical Development Directorate.
His research interest is in the areas of Records management, Leadership, Training and Development of staff to make strong impact on productivity.
