It is announced for the information of all eligible Graduands and the general public that the 1^st Session of the 10^th Congregation is scheduled to be held at the Cedi Auditorium on the Main Campus, Sokode-Lokoe as follows:

        Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

Morning Session

Schools: FNBSPH, SBBS, SOM, SOP, SGS

Graduands should be seated by 8:00 a.m.

                 Afternoon Session

Schools: SAHS, SONAM, SSEM

Graduands should be seated by 12:00 p.m.

NOTICE TO GRADUANTS

1. PAYMENTS OF GRADUATION FEES

All Graduands are to pay an amount of GHC550.00 into the UHAS PROJECT ACCOUNT NUMBER: 5011130017007, GCB-HO Main Branch 

1. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 3, 2025.

1. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES.

 A date for the distribution of Certificates will be communicated

1. REHEARSAL

All Graduands will be required to participate in the rehearsal on December 3, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cedi Auditorium.

1. GRADUATION GOWNS

After rehearsal, your gowns will be ready for collection at the SBBS Block on the Main Campus.
