Moses Kudzo Asempah is the Senior Assistant Transport Officer at Works and Physical Development Directorate of the University of Health and Allied Sciences in Volta Region of Ghana.
EDUCATION
Mr. Moses Kudzo Asempah holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Automobile Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) , Higher National Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Ho Technical University (HTU) Ho, Certificate in Motor Vehicle Technician from Purity Technical Institute (PTI) Ho, Certificate in Trade Test and Proficiency in Motor Vehicle Electricals from National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) Part I and II.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
Before joining the University of Health and Allied Sciences, he had worked as a Technician Engineer at Ghana Health Service Regional Workshop. He also had his National Service at University of Health and Allied Sciences at the Transport Unit.
RESEARCH INTEREST
Mr. Asempah carried out his project work on fleet management in public institutions
To examine the structure of Transport Policy; a general theoretical framework to clarify how hard and soft transport policy measures impact on car-use reduction.
To examine Acquisition Process; the general criteria for selection of a vehicle should be in conformity with the environment in which the vehicle will operate, local availability of spare parts for the intended vehicle and availability of competent mechanics.
Vehicle Maintenance and Up-Keep such as vehicle maintenance summary; whoever maintains the vehicles must make a detailed written servicing record report, listing the work done, parts and fluids used and costs incurred on each job.
He has special interest in Vehicle usage and its Maintenance.
