Mr. Felix Worlanyo Mensah Torku is Junior Assistant Registrar (Office of Graduate Studies) currently, he assists in planning, organizing and coordinating all postgraduate activities in the University. He had his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Development Studies at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in 2013. He obtained Master of Business Administration (General Management) at the same University of Cape Coast, in 2020.
Mr. Torku held a number of administrative positions with Village Exchange Ghana, Youth Social Institute, Ghana Youth for Christ, Barclays Bank Ghana Limited (now Absa Bank), Great Commission Movement of Ghana. His appointment with the University started as the first Senior Administrative Assistant posted to School of Allied Health Sciences, later in the Office of the Registrar, as Principal Administrative Assistant. He has over ten (10) years combined experience in administrative and personal management.
Mr. Torku has served on several boards and committees in the University since joining the University in 2014. As one of the pioneer administrative staff, these activities have helped him gain a lot of experience in university administration.
He approaches work with professionalism, and identifies with a composed personality. He demonstrates his values in his responsiveness to personnel concerns. His research interest is motivation and employee performance.
